cost is $5.00 for normal 1st class mail processing of a
transcript, $10.00

An official transcript is printed by the Registrar's office on transcript paper, bears the Registrar's signature and imprint of the school's seal, and is delivered in a sealed envelope. |

Do I need to request my narratives with my transcript? |

Your transcript is official with or without your narratives. The transcript provides the course titles, terms taken, credit earned, and degree granted, if applicable. You should request narratives to accompany your transcript if the intended recipient requires more detail regarding the specific learning outcomes achieved and your individual performance in each course. The transcript alone is generally sufficient for the majority of transcripts requests. |

How may I obtain an unofficial transcript? |

As a current student, you have access to the complete listing of the courses you have taken and the credit you have earned by signing into myAntioch, going to "Student Menu," and clicking on "Cumulative Academic Credit History" under "Academic Profile." If this representation of your academic record is insufficient for your needs, please contact the Registrar's office at (937) 769-1831 to discuss your request. If you are an alumnus, or are not a current student, you will need to request an official transcript. |

What
happens if my record has a hold on it? |

You will be notified by our office concerning the details of the hold on your transcript. Transcripts may be withheld for a variety of reasons, including an outstanding balance, financial aid exit counseling, graduation application, etc. |

Will you
issue my transcripts, and then bill me? |

|
We
are unable to process a transcript without payment at
the time of the
request. The request will be returned to you for enclosure
of payment. |
