Transcript FAQ

Q:   What is the cost of a transcript?
A:   The cost is $5.00 for normal 1st class mail processing of a transcript, $10.00 if you walk in for same day service and $15.00 if you want overnight delivery.
     
Q:   What is an “Official” Transcript?
A:   A transcript that is sent directly to an employer or school from Antioch University McGregor Registrar’s office is considered "official".
     
Q:   What happens if my record has a “hold” on it?
A:   If you have an outstanding balance at Antioch University McGregor, your transcript will be held. You will be notified by our office concerning the details of the hold on your transcript.
     
Q:   Will you issue my transcripts, and then bill me?
A:  

We are unable to process a transcript without payment at the time of the request. The request will be returned to you for enclosure of payment.

     
Q:   Can I fax my request to you with a credit card number so that it can be mailed to the address I request?
A:  

Yes, we now have a secure fax line
(937)-769-1804. We will accept faxed request forms if accompanied by your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card information.

     
Q:   When you receive my request how long does it take for you to process my transcript?
A:  

Our normal turn around time is 24 to 48 hours to the post office. The post office has it’s own turn around time.
