Biographical Information
I have over 20 years of experience
in the field of management. For the past three years, I
have been working at Antioch University McGregor
as an administrator and adjunct faculty member. I currently
recruit for the adult B.A. completion and M.A. in
Management Saturday programs.
Prior to coming to Antioch University
McGregor, I worked in management for Delphi Automotive
Systems, CityWide Development Corporation, Montgomery
County Common Pleas Court, Dayton Power & Light Company,
and National City Bank. I have enjoyed the opportunities
afforded me in my career to serve the public, train employees,
and help to create a positive learning environment.
In addition, I served on the board
of directors for the Dayton Urban League from 1986 to 1992,
and Youth Engaged for Success from 1986 to 1991. I have
enjoyed the privilege of being a
Loaned Executive for the United Way of Greater Dayton,
and a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater
Dayton.
I believe in the power of education and believe that it
should be used to improve the work place and the community
at large.
