The
Douglas McGregor Society
Douglas McGregor, a great social scientist
and management theorist, taught leaders that every employee makes a valuable
contribution. In honor of our namesake, the Office of Alumni Development
has created the Douglas McGregor Society.
Membership in the Douglas McGregor Society is open to
those who contribute $1,000 or more to the Renaissance
Fund. The continuation and expansion
of leadership giving is critical to the future of Antioch
University McGregor.
In addition to being listed in McGregor’s gift roster,
members receive a membership pin, Theory Y McGregor publication, and are invited to
a Douglas McGregor Society special each spring.
Antioch
University McGregor Heritage Society
The Antioch University McGregor Heritage
Society is our way of recognizing those donors who are concerned with
the long-range picture and have therefore included Antioch University
McGregor as a beneficiary in their estate plans or set up life-income
gifts (annuities, trusts, etc.).
Members of this giving society will
be listed in McGregor's Annual Gift Roster and receive a wall certificate
and an attractive membership pin displaying the Antioch Hall Towers. As
the society grows we will hold receptions at our annual alumni gatherings.
Testamentary gifts are a wonderful way
for alumni and friends to ensure a financially secure and academically
strong future for Antioch University McGregor. A documented life-income
pledge or gift entered as an asset on our financial reports enables McGregor
to secure favorable financial terms from banks and increased foundation
support.
If Antioch University McGregor is already
included in your estate plans, we would appreciate minimal documentation
in order to acknowledge your intentions and include you as a Antioch Universit
McGregor Heritage Society Member!
