Q:   How do I change my name or address?
A:   Please contact the Registrar's Office at
(937) 769-1831 or (937) 769-1821
     
Q:   When are my payments due?
A:   Payment is due on the first day of each quarter; however, a payment plan of equal monthly payments. You can either download the Authorization Payment Plan, or contact student accounts at (937) 769-1038.
     
Q:   How is tuition reimbursement handled?
A:   If your employer pays Antioch directly, you must submit a voucher to the Student accounts office and we will bill your employer for the tuition.

If you are being reimbursed directly from your employer, your tuition needs to be paid before the next quarter begins.
     
Q:   When are my Student Loans available?
A:   Please contact Financial Aid for more information.
     
Q:   When will I receive my bill?
A:   Approximately 2 weeks prior to the first day of class you will receive a statement of your account; which, will reflect pending financial aid. By the first day of the quarter, Student accounts needs to have received the Authorization Payment Plan to reflect how the bill will be paid. Please send this form by mail, fax, or place in the Drop Box. A drop box is provided in the Student Lounge in the Sontag Fels building.
     
Q:   What is the tuition refund schedule?
A:  
  100% before the first day of the quarter,
  90% refund during days 1-14 of the quarter,
  70% refund during days 15-35,
  50% refund during days 36-42,
  0% refund on and after day 43 of the quarter.
   

No course may be added after the 2nd Saturday of the quarter. Signature of major's Chair is required for any change which results in the student carrying 13+ credits in any quarter.

The refund policy starts on the first day of the quarter. This may or may not correspond with the first day of class.

     
Q:   When will I receive my 1098 form?
A:  
 

1098 forms are mailed to each matriculating student by January 31st of each tax year. the 1098 will only show what you paid for the calendar tax year.

Please notify the Registrar's Office if you have a change of address so that your 1098 will be mailed to the correct address.
