Antioch University McGregor exists to develop adult students who desire to grow in their commitment to the improvement of the human condition through responsible leadership in their careers and communities. AUM was established In 1988 and named after Douglas McGregor, former President of Antioch College And renowned author of The Human Side of the Enterprise. In keeping with McGregor’s legacy, the management program offers a diverse range of undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs that are responsive to emerging societal needs. Each program encourages critical thinking, provides opportunities for collaborative learning, emphasizes cultural diversity and an international perspective, and promotes the integration of life and work experiences with academic knowledge.
