In order to accommodate the needs of our adult students, we offer a flexible degree program with the following features:
- A four day- long Orientation Seminar (1st residency) at the beginning of the program and a three day long Thesis Seminar (2nd residency) toward the end of the program. These two residencies take place in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The 1st residency takes place during spring and fall quarters, and the 2nd residency takes place during the winter and summer quarters.
- Guidance from the Antioch McGregor faculty advisor to design an individualized curriculum.

- Courses designed to fit your learning preferences
- On-line learning communities with faculty and students.
- Capstone learning options (thesis or project).

Narrative Evaluation
Antioch University is committed to a narrative evaluation process for assessing student learning. Instructors submit narrative evaluations of student work instead of providing letter grades. In addition, ILPS program students reflect on their own learning by writing narrative self-evaluations.
