Master of Arts Conflict Resolution - BE THE DIFFERENCE

AUM!

Developing Conflict Intervention Professionals

Informed by a distinguished educational tradition that values responsible social action, Antioch McGregor’s Graduate Programs in Conflict Analysis and Management are focused on developing leading edge conflict resolution professionals that provide educational and intervention services in family, community, organizational, and inter-national conflicts.

Our faculty believe that students should learn the theoretical basis about conflict causes, dynamics, and outcomes and that these theories should be integrated with analytical and conflict handling skills. Guided by a transformational reflective practice approach, Antioch McGregor graduates contribute to making the world a better place for all of us.
