Dr. Jane Salisbury
M.A. in Conflict Resolution, 2001
Hometown: Piqua, OH.

Already holding an Hs. D. when she entered the Antioch program,
Dr. Jane Salisbury is currently Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness
at Edison Community College. In this role she is responsible for
facilitating all continuous quality improvement process teams,
shepherding the College's
re-accreditation process through the Academic Quality Improvement
Process (AQIP), and driving innovation through the Continuous Quality
Improvement Network (CQIN).
Jane regularly addresses conflict stemming
from changes brought about by quality improvement efforts. She
is frequently called upon to use
group process and personal intervention tools to smooth ruffled
feathers emanating from organizational change. Jane has presented
workshops on group
facilitation, customer service, and mediation techniques to her
staff colleagues, as well as regional colleges and universities.
Jane feeds her passion for
organizational excellence as a reviewer for the Ohio
Award for Excellence and CQIN
quality awards. Jane also provides mediation
services for the Miami
County court system, working primarily with juveniles involved
with criminal damaging, assault, and domestic violence.
According
to Jane, “Through the Conflict Resolution program at Antioch
University McGregor, I developed skills, tools, and theory that
I use on a regular basis in my personal and professional life. It’s
a joy to use these tools, as well as to share them with others.”
