Joan
is currently a program officer with African
Strategic and Peace Research Group (AFSTRAG) in West Africa where she assists the project leaders on
four Ford Foundation Projects in Nigeria and West Africa and conducts
strategic planning, proposal writing, and paper presentation for AGSTRAG.
Joan also served as facilitator to the USAID Office of Transition Initiatives
and project coordinator for the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group
in Lagos, Nigeria.
