Students in the program are encouraged to develop their skills as active, reflective practitioners in community college management. They demonstrate their mastery of these skills through the following activities:
- Enrollment and active participation in
- a 21-month program of study
- a 36-month program of study
- a 45-month program of study
- Active participation in at least one 3-day residency per year
- Active participation in online and face-to-face discussions and learning activities
- Active participation in team and individual study
- Completion of 52 quarter credits
